1. Does Rafant guarantee that 18K /24K are real gold? We guarantee 100% that all items are tested 18K/24K gold. 

2. What is 18K Gold and 24K Gold? 18K gold are 75% gold mixed with 25% other metals such as copper, silver, etc... While 24K gold is 99.9% pure gold. Our lightweight 24K gold has no hallmark or stamp if it's less than 1 gram due to its fragile nature which can easily bend or break. Some of the very lightweight charm or 18K Gold has no stamp also. 

4. We no longer accept preorders other than the stretchable bracelets, sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@rafantgold.com if you want a different size for the stretchable bracelets.
