15-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Timeframe: Return requests must be authorized via email within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Security Tags: All Rafant security tags must remain attached. Removal of tags, or tampering with the item, voids all return eligibility and will result in a partial refund or not eligible for a refundÂ
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rafantgold.com. If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@rafantgold.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all our items under video surveillance.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only allow exchanges if item is unused, tag intact, or in its original condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shippings. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
