2. Our 15-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Rafant treasure.

Conditions: Return requests must be authorized within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

Security Tags: For the protection of all our customers, items are shipped with a security tag. Please ensure the tag remains attached while you inspect your item. Removing or tampering with this tag voids return eligibility.
3. Resolving Issues Together
If you have any concerns regarding your order, you agree to contact us first at support@rafantgold.com. We are committed to excellence and ask for 10 business days to investigate and resolve any issue personally before you reach out to your financial institution. This ensures a faster, more personal resolution for you.
4. Integrity & Fair Use
We reserve the right to recover unpaid debts or address fraudulent activity using all available legal remedies. Rafantâs liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in dispute.
5. Shipping & Delivery Assurance
We use trackable, and/or insured shipping for every order to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Proof of Delivery: Once a carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) provides a "Delivered" status, it serves as the official confirmation of receipt for the transaction.

Missing Packages: In the rare event that an item is marked "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@rafantgold.com within 7 days. We will work with you to open an investigation with the carrier.
- Security Protocol: To protect your investment against mail theft and to satisfy shipping insurance requirements, a carrier claim number or a local report may be necessary to complete a resolution.
